Better music link embeds for Discord

Change one bit of a Spotify or Apple Music link before you send it on Discord. Discord then shows an embed with the cover, title and artist.

Change open.spotify.com to open.zpotify.com
Change music.apple.com to music.zpotify.com

Anyone who clicks gets a page to pick where to listen: Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, YouTube, Deezer, TIDAL or SoundCloud, plus song.link for everything else. Some open a search when there's no exact match.

Works with tracks, albums and playlists. Playlists only open on their own app.

Privacy

Before sending you to the music app, zpotify removes Spotify's share ID (si=) and other tracking parameters, like Apple's ls, at and ct, and sends no referrer. Opening a zpotify link doesn't tell Spotify or Apple who shared it.
